What homelab-drive is

A personal backup tool run by one person on their own computers. It uses Google's Drive API with the drive.file scope, which limits it to files the tool itself created.

Data accessed

Only the owner's own Google account is ever connected. The tool reads and writes only the encrypted backup archives it creates in the owner's Drive. It cannot see any other file.

Data collected from visitors

None. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores no visitor data.

Sharing

Data is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. Google user data is used solely to provide this backup function.

Retention and deletion

Backups are kept by the owner's own retention schedule. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
